Happy Friday, yogis. Today’s video takes a fresh look at our practice space.
This is particularly useful when practicing poses at home, where we have free use of our own area and can move around freely throughout the practice, but also has implications for practicing in a group setting. It can also help anyone who struggles with mobility or discomfort in the hands, wrists, and shoulders. If that’s you, you should also check out the Fresh Take Friday post about hand position, which is a good companion to this one.
If you enjoy this approach, join me online for a group class, or if you’d like a personalized approach, a private workshop. Since you’ll be practicing at home, it’s easy to think outside the mat, and I fully support you in that. Have a great practice!
