Thursdays (5:30- 6:30 PM) – Gentle Yoga at Pilgrimage of the Heart (Normal Heights Location)

This slow-paced class is excellent for beginners, those with injuries or other physical challenges, or anyone who is seeking to relax, relieve stress, and find more ease in the body. Postures are rejuvenating, relaxing, and accessible. Feel more grounded, relaxed, and refreshed as we move gently with the breath and end with a deeply relaxing Savasana.

Fridays (6:30- 7:30 PM) – Gentle Yoga at Pilgrimage of the Heart (North Park Location)

This slow-paced class is excellent for beginners, those with injuries or other physical challenges, or anyone who is seeking to relax, relieve stress, and find more ease in the body. Saturdays (4:00- 5:00 PM) – Yoga 1 at Pilgrimage of the Heart (Normal Heights Location)

This class focuses on introducing and examining in detail the essential yoga poses. The class will include standing postures and is more vigorous than the gentle classes, but it is accessible for beginners, and will be helpful for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of yoga asana, alignment, and skillful movement and breath. Yoga philosophy, breath work, and meditation may be included.

Sundays (8:30- 9:30 AM) – Gentle Yoga at Pilgrimage of the Heart (North Park Location)
