Online Private and Semi-Private Options

Work one-on-one with me from the comfort of your home via Zoom video conferencing. This is the best way to get your questions answered and learn how to improve your movement habits and customize your postural yoga practice to meet your needs.

A private session is a great way to get started if you are a beginner because I can personalize my instruction and there is a more conversational aspect. I address your questions, and you learn how to respond to how your body is feeling in the moment. You’ll also gain a solid understanding of the key poses you’re likely to encounter in group classes and how to adapt them for your needs.

If you’re a more experienced practitioner, a private session is the perfect way to re-invigorate and troubleshoot your practice. If you’re coming back from an injury or working with new limitations, your practice has plateaued, or you are curious about how to create a more balanced and functional movement practice, a private session will empower you to move with more joy, ease, strength, and control.

Free Functional Assessments

A functional assessment is a free 15-minute session that takes place fully online. All you need is a device with internet access and a camera so that I can see you. You’ll fill out a brief questionnaire before the session, and then we’ll meet over Zoom. During the assessment, I’ll have you do a series of simple poses so I can see how your body is moving. You’ll leave with some concrete ideas you can use right away to customize your practice in group classes or at home to better meet your needs. We’ll also talk about possible next steps for improving your movement and postural yoga practice.

Private Workshops

Private workshops are customized to meet the needs of your body! Whether you’re a beginner, or an experienced yogi who wants a fresh look at the practice, a personalized session will increase your understanding of the poses and movements, and enhance your sense of well-being immensely. Find out more and book your session here.
