Therapeutic Yoga for Shoulders and Hips: ONLINE program
November 7th- December 12th (no class 11/28), Sundays 4-5pm Pacific Time online
Are you struggling with pain, tightness, and/or limited mobility in your shoulders or hips, with or without back pain? This workshop series is based on the principle that when you move better, you feel better. People who improve their movement can experience reduced pain or other symptoms, as well as increased energy and sense of wellbeing. In the weekly classes, you’ll learn about how your body is designed to move and how to decode what your body is telling you as a guide towards better movement. Using yoga practices such as breath work, awareness of sensation, and mindful movement/ yoga poses, you’ll create more ease, improve your movement patterns, and take the first steps towards a better relationship with your body.
I offer sliding scale pricing on this program.
Gentle Yoga ONLINE 3-class series
November 10th- 24th, Wednesdays 10-11am Pacific Time on Zoom plus recording access
Get over the hump! Join me for this deeply relaxing and nurturing practice. Classes will include: simple meditation and breath work, gentle movement to support healthy joints, and supported rest. All levels and abilities are welcome and supported in this practice. Experience profound stress relief, and surface with a deeper sense of embodiment and ease that comes from tuning in to the wisdom of your own body.
Program fee (3-week series): $30. Classes will be recorded (only the teacher video will show on the recording) and will be available to registered students to view for one week following each class. Downloads will not be permitted.

Strong & Steady Yoga ONLINE 4-class series
Nov. 14th & 21st, Dec. 5th & 12th, Sundays 10:30- 11:30am Pacific Time on Zoom plus recording access
In this class, you’ll explore ways to challenge your body without the struggle, using awareness of sensation & breath to discover the sweet spot between effort and ease. Move through poses in sometimes unconventional ways, building strength, balance, and control within your comfortable range of motion. The pace is slow and easy to follow, and options are included for all levels of experience. We’ll explore a wide range of poses, including standing poses and those done seated and lying down. This practice is suitable for anyone who can get on and off the floor.
