Therapeutic Yoga for Shoulders and Hips: ONLINE program
September 30th- October 28th, Thursdays 10-11am Pacific Time on Zoom
Are you struggling with pain, tightness, and/or limited mobility in your shoulders or hips, with or without back pain? This workshop series is based on the principle that when you move better, you feel better. People who improve their movement can experience reduced pain or other symptoms, as well as increased energy and sense of wellbeing. In the weekly classes, you’ll learn about how your body is designed to move and how to decode what your body is telling you as a guide towards better movement. Using yoga practices such as breath work, awareness of sensation, and mindful movement/ yoga poses, you’ll create more ease, improve your movement patterns, and take the first steps towards a better relationship with your body.

Therapeutic Yoga for Your Neck and Back: IN-PERSON program
October 18th- November 15th, Mondays 6:30- 7:30 pm at Pilgrimage of the Heart Yoga
This small-group therapeutic yoga program is based on Rachel’s whole-person approach to neck and back discomfort. If you have pain, tension, or limited mobility in your neck or back, this program is for you! In the weekly classes, we’ll use mindful awareness, supported rest, breath work, and yoga poses/ movement to reduce symptoms and support your wellbeing. Grow your awareness of what’s happening in your body, and improve your understanding of what your neck and back are trying to tell you. This key ingredient of therapeutic yoga puts you in the driver’s seat of your own healing. Create more ease, improve your movement patterns, and take the first steps towards a better relationship with your body.
