I recognize that private yoga therapy is not financially accessible to everyone. It’s important to me to do what I can so that more people can access yoga to support their health and wellbeing. If you have come here seeking ways to use yoga to feel better, and are facing financial and/or other barriers to access, here are a few options for you.
- Free resources on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Pay-what-you-can online classes and workshops
- Small-group Therapeutic Yoga programs – online programs also have sliding scale pricing
- Scholarships for private yoga therapy – read on for more information

Donations help me offer scholarships to more people. If you would like to help someone in need access private yoga therapy, you can make a donation below. Write “scholarship fund” in the notes field.
Please note: donations are not tax deductible.
About the Scholarships
Scholarships help defray the cost of a private program. They are intended to offset the financial burden for those in need, and consideration is also given to communities that have historically been prevented from participating in yoga programs or face systemic oppression, including but not limited to BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and disabled communities.
The number of scholarships available is limited, and award is not guaranteed. Starting January 1, 2023, you must go through the application process to be considered for a scholarship.
Scholarships will reduce the cost of private yoga therapy by 20-50% ($43.75- $70/ session). You can request a scholarship for a program of 4, 8, or 12 weeks.
To get started, click below to fill out the application form. If your application is accepted, Rachel will contact you to arrange a consultation call to discuss your yoga therapy program and the terms of your scholarship. All information is provided on the honor system. It is up to you to determine whether you need a scholarship, and for how much.
Application Deadlines:
- 12/15 for programs starting January through March
- 3/15 for programs starting in April through June
- 6/15 for programs starting in July through September
- 9/15 for programs starting in October through December
