After a couple of years in your classes and experiencing the results, there is no doubt your “less is more” approach was tremendously beneficial for me. At first I was skeptical that deceptively simple movements would improve my issues. I figured I would do a week of gentle yoga and then move up to the next yoga “level”. Little did I know, there was no need to “move up” to get benefits. I always thought your guidance/suggestions were spot on. The instructions were flexible enough (no pun intended) to work for a studio of folks with diverse needs.
