Get over the hump! Join me for this deeply relaxing and nurturing practice. Gentle group yoga classes will include: simple meditation and breath work, gentle movement to support healthy joints, and supported rest. All levels and abilities are welcome and supported in this practice. Experience profound stress relief, and surface with a deeper sense of embodiment and ease that comes from tuning in to the wisdom of your own body.
Program fee (4-week series): $68. Yoga classes will be recorded (only the teacher video will show on the recording) and will be available to registered students to view for one week following each class. Downloads will not be permitted.

Ayurvedic Yoga for Spring

Welcome Spring with this special workshop! Learn to nurture your health and wellbeing during this time of seasonal change with the combined wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda, an Indian holistic health science with over 5000 years of history. Most of this workshop will be a yoga practice (including poses, breath work, meditation, and more) designed to keep you balanced and energized as you move through the Spring season.
No previous knowledge or experience needed. This practice is appropriate for anyone who can get on and off the floor with ease.
Workshop fee: $22. Includes 1 week of recording access for those who canโt attend live or who would like to review the practice more than once.
