1. Watch your e-mail for the student packet and fill out the paperwork.
I’ll be sending you some paperwork to the e-mail address you signed up with. Want to use a different e-mail address? Send me a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know.
In order to support you better and customize your program, I’ll need a little information about your health history and what’s going on with your body currently. To participate in the program, you must return the paperwork at least 24 hours before the first class.
2. Look for your enrollment confirmation by e-mail.
This class has a minimum enrollment needed to run. If the minimum is not met, the program will be cancelled or postponed. If this occurs, I will refund your fees in full.
Once the minimum has been reached, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with the link to connect for classes. You’ll also receive a reminder message containing the link 24 hours before each class so that you don’t have to go digging through your e-mail.
3. Gather your supplies.
Your welcome e-mail will also include information about a few supplies you’ll need for our explorations together. If you don’t have formal yoga props, please don’t go out and buy a bunch of expensive items (unless you want to). We can do all of the poses and movements using items you probably already own.
4. Join me online for our first session.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, set up your internet connected device with the camera aimed at your practice space, and use the link in your e-mail to connect. Come ready to explore!
