I can recommend Rachel’s class without hesitation – if you sit a lot of the day, like me you likely experience a lot of discomfort and body aches and pains but just don’t know how to take care of it. The answer really is targeted movement – special exercises – just a little time and space in which to do it – and the key is guidance – you need someone who can help you decipher your body’s signals and who can offer you a plethora of options for addressing the problem(s).
