Rachel has a vast and deep knowledge of the human body, which I don’t see often. She doesn’t assume she knows your body better than you, yet she gives lots of options to help you find what will fit and gently guide you to the intended movement. Rachel supports the movement you are doing, gives neutral yet supportive feedback (that I find so helpful I requested my doula to use the same phrases!), and doesn’t presume that she can touch or adjust you in class. I find her classes really incredible because she combines deep respect for yoga and the human body with deep knowledge of the two. In my experience, her classes are unparalleled and unmatched in quality and benefit.
