I really enjoyed my yoga therapy sessions with Rachel, and found myself looking forward to our weekly appointments. I felt seen, heard, respected and safe, and loved how she let me make the observations and discoveries, guiding my experiences rather than directing them. And I really appreciated the written instructions which were clear, prompt and personalized. They were very helpful in my daily practice. She gave me a toolbox of tools which have already helped me to find more ease, and which I am sure will continue to lead to new discoveries and insights.
