I really enjoyed my yoga therapy sessions with Rachel, and found myself looking forward to our weekly appointments. I felt seen, heard, respected and safe, and loved how she let me make the observations and discoveries, guiding my experiences rather than directing them. And I really appreciated the written instructions which were clear, prompt and personalized. They were very helpful in my daily practice.
