Meditation & Pranayama (breathwork)
Have you been hitting that midday slump? Even a little meditation and breathwork can make a big difference. A short session can leave you feeling refreshed, re-focused, and ready to tackle the rest of your week.
Every Wednesday, join me online at 12:30 pm Pacific for a 20-minute session grounded in meditation and subtle breath practices. There will be no Midday Reset on the following dates: December 23, 30, January 27.

What do I need to participate?
- A place to sit on a chair or the floor
- Comfortable clothes with room to breathe
- Exercise clothing is not required
What about technology?
Sessions will be held via Zoom video conference. You will need a device with Internet access. You don’t need a Zoom account to participate, but you may be prompted to download an application on some devices.
I’ve never meditated before. Is this class suitable for me?
Yes! Practitioners of all levels are welcome. The meditation and pranayama (breathing) techniques we’ll be using are very simple and can be done by anyone.
Will you or other participants be able to see or hear me?
Only if you want us to. Your microphone will be muted during class to prevent background noise, and I’ll unmute everyone at the end who wants to stay and ask questions or say hello. You are welcome to turn off your camera as well. My video will be highlighted for participants, and I don’t need to see you. Some people feel more connected when their camera is on, and that’s OK too.
Will the class be recorded?
No, these classes are offered live with no recording. If you would like a personalized video to watch on your own schedule or a private session, please contact me.
What does “pay as you wish” mean?
Yoga should be accessible to everyone who wants to practice. For these classes, you have to register for a spot to get the Zoom link, but no payment is due at that time. You decide what contribution you can make for the class and when you can offer it. That could be $5 before class, $20 after class, $10 for the month, or nothing right now due to financial hardship. This system is based on an exchange of energy, value, and respect.
