I have a new class starting at The Little Yoga Studio on November 16th. This will be a regular class – Saturdays from 8-9:15 AM. A Hatha class, it will be slower paced and alignment focused; we will apply some of the subtle awareness practices I use in my other classes to more active poses. I recommend this class to refine and build your practice at all levels! We’ll work on building strength, balance and flexibility in the body, and calm concentration in the mind. This class is truly for all levels of practice! Advanced poses will be offered, but many options will be given so that you can work at a level that is comfortable for you.
