My Hatha Yoga class at The Little Yoga Studio is moving to a new time this coming Friday, March 1st. The class will now be held from 9:30- 10:45 AM each Friday. Hatha Yoga is a slower-paced style of practice which can easily be adapted to your level and personal needs. It is great for beginners to build a foundation of knowledge about yoga poses, but it also helps more intermediate and advanced students progress in their practice. By holding poses longer, you can arrive at a deeper understanding of the pose – no matter what your level. Some advanced poses – such as inversions and arm balances – will be included, but modifications and alternatives will always be provided for beginners.
