Happy Holidays!

We often miss out on the experiences of winter here in San Diego, and in many ways this is a good thing. It is indeed lovely to have temperatures in the 70s when much of the country is covered in snow! However, I often think that we miss the natural cues of our bodies to slow down and look within during the winter months. We’ve been getting some unusually cold weather lately, so take advantage of this reminder to take some time out for yourself during this busy season, to nurture yourself a little, to warm body and soul and get grounded.

My classes will be continuing on the regular schedule through December 20th, with a focus on that nurturing, warming and grounding energy that is so needed in this season. All classes will be canceled from December 21st through January 3rd so that I can spend some time reconnecting with my family.

My first class of 2012 will be Vinyasa Flow at plan-B-fitness on January 5th at 7am. I’m also teaching the community class at The Little Yoga Studio on January 6th, and will resume classes in South Park on January 9th. Stay tuned for details of exciting new projects and deals for the new year!
