I’m excited to be offering Vinyasa Yoga classes at plan-B-fitness starting on October 18th. Classes will be Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7:00- 8:00. The first class is free for students new to plan-B-fitness; subsequent classes are $15 for drop-in or $100 for 10 classes (to be used within three months). There is also 10% off for anyone who lives or works within 10 blocks of the studio.
The studio is at 1815 5th Avenue (near 5th and Elm). It’s a beautifully painted space. Come and check it out!
Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga based on Sun Salutations with movements linked to breath. As this style is more dynamic, the classes may not be suitable for total beginners; however, modifications will be provided to accommodate most levels. We will work on building fitness, strength, flexibility, breath awareness, and mindfulness in fun and challenging, yet accessible sequences.
